KHE Contracts is pleased to announce the successful completion of another groundworks package in Bedfordshire. From initial strip to finished levels, our team delivered foundations, below-ground drainage, and road sub-base works entirely on programme and within the agreed budget.

Working closely with the developer throughout the build, we maintained clear communication at every stage — from the pre-start meeting through to handover. Our site team managed all earthworks, service diversions, and concrete foundations, keeping the programme moving even during periods of adverse weather.
