We’re glad to announce that progress is well underway at our Meadow View development, with the first plot now fully prepared for block and beam installation.

This marks a key milestone in the delivery of the site, which will see the construction of seven new homes along with a 300m access road. So far, the groundworks team has completed site clearance, reduced level excavation, and installation of foundations, drainage, and service ducts for Plot 1.

Despite some early challenges – including existing underground obstructions and restricted access - the team has pushed on with determination and precision. We’ve worked closely with utility providers, maintained a safe and organised site, and kept momentum high as we move into the next phase of construction.

We’re looking forward to seeing the first block and beam floor laid, and continuing to deliver quality results as this project progresses.
