We’ve completed the refurbishment of the Priory Gardens toilets and recreation ground works for Toddington Parish Council - a well-managed project delivered on time, with a happy client and hopes of working together again.
We’re proud to announce the successful completion and handover of our latest project for Toddington Parish Council. This scheme involved the full refurbishment of the public toilet facilities at Priory Gardens, along with associated civil works at the village recreation ground.
Our scope included demolition, drainage upgrades, new concrete foundations, and the installation of modern sanitaryware, fixtures, and finishes. We also carried out external paving, surfacing works, and access improvements to ensure the site is safe, functional, and welcoming for the public.
Working in a live environment, our team carefully managed public safety, maintained access to surrounding areas, and delivered the works to a high standard within the expected programme. We also overcame a number of challenges, including outdated infrastructure and variable ground conditions, thanks to proactive planning and close coordination with the council.
The Parish Council was pleased with the outcome, and we hope to continue supporting them on future improvement works across the village.
