The site has presented some challenging ground conditions, but our experienced operatives have managed these effectively, ensuring the build progresses safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key milestones completed include bulk excavation, drainage installation, and substructure groundworks across multiple plots. The project is tracking well against programme and we look forward to achieving the next key milestone in the coming weeks.
